Rotos Group is a leading real estate and development company in Cyprus, known for its commitment to excellence, architectural vision and landmark projects. Its latest venture, Coeo Gladstonos Exclusive Residences, is a premium residential development in the center of Nicosia, blending timeless elegance with modern urban living.
As the project approached completion, we recognised the opportunity to launch a powerful, content-driven campaign to showcase the development’s prestige and drive targeted awareness. Our approach: spotlight the key people behind the vision through compelling interview videos and tell the story behind Coeo, from concept to reality.
The Project
The primary goal of the campaign was to generate heightened awareness and drive high-quality traffic to our social media platforms and the Rotos Group website, particularly around the Coeo project. We aimed to position Coeo not only as a luxury residential option, but as a standout investment opportunity backed by exceptional collaborators in architecture, design and beyond. By showcasing the caliber of professionals involved and the meticulous attention to detail throughout the project, we sought to communicate both the tangible and intangible value of the development. Ultimately, the objective was to cultivate interest and trust among discerning, high-net-worth individuals and potential buyers who appreciate prestige, innovation and long-term value in real estate.
The Execution
To bring the Coeo story to life, we developed a full-scale video campaign that centered around authentic storytelling and high production value. It all started with a meticulous pre-production, where we coordinated closely with the key figures behind the project, ensuring that their participation would reflect both their expertise and personal connection to the work. That meant crafting targeted interview questions and guided scripts that captured the essence of Coeo while highlighting each expert’s unique contribution. Visual consistency was also prioritised, with tailored intros, outros and lower-thirds designed to reinforce the Rotos Group identity across all video assets.
Filming took place mainly on-site at the Coeo construction area to provide context-rich, real-time visuals that showcased the progress and prestige of the development. We launched with a flagship compilation video to set the tone; an inspiring, cinematic piece that introduced the Coeo vision and the team behind it. This served as a springboard for the rest of the campaign, which was structured as a series of in-depth spotlight interviews. Each interview dove deeper into each individual’s role in the project, adding layers of insight and strengthening the campaign’s credibility.
To maintain momentum and audience interest, we followed a phased publishing plan of approximately every four days, which allowed for sustained engagement, provided space for targeted advertising and gave us time to analyse performance metrics for each release. Alongside the main videos, we created short-form content such as reels and cutdowns that featured dynamic before-and-after shots, construction transformations and teaser clips, perfectly suited for quick engagement on Instagram and Facebook.
Complementing the social media push, we also prepared a series of newsletters to accompany each video launch, offering recipients a personalised introduction to each expert and directing them toward the full interviews and additional project information. The multi-channel rollout also included LinkedIn and YouTube, all which helped amplify visibility through performance-driven promotion and broader community engagement.
