The Client 

Pizza Hut Cyprus wanted to strengthen its takeaway presence through irresistible offers that would reassert its position as the go-to choice for quick, comforting and satisfying meals, while reinforcing its multitude of locations across Cyprus. The focus of the campaign was to highlight the ease and value of picking up your order directly from Pizza Hut while reminding customers that great food doesn’t have to come with effort, stress or waiting. The overarching goal was to boost takeaway orders, refresh the brand’s image as a hassle-free comfort food destination and inspire repeat purchases from new and existing customers alike.

The Plan

To bring this goal to life, the campaign strategy centered around positioning Pizza Hut as the easiest and most rewarding takeaway option for people leading fast-paced lives and needing easy solutions. The plan was to tap into relatable, everyday moments that reflect the audience’s mindset, when they’re too tired to cook, too busy to think or simply craving something familiar and fulfilling.

The creative direction focused on humour and authenticity, with the campaign’s messaging highlighting the value of direct takeaway: faster service, better prices and the comfort of knowing your favourite pizza is just around the corner, across 33 locations in Cyprus.

The Execution

Our main mechanism was a series of five short-form video reels, each telling a lighthearted story rooted in everyday life. Two popular local influencers were cast as a couple in relatable scenarios, debating whether to cook or trying to decide what to eat. Their playful chemistry and humorous interactions made the content instantly relatable and engaging.

Adding a distinctive local twist, the team reimagined the lyrics of a well-known Greek song to match the campaign’s tone, making the videos even more catchy and relatable, appealing to both busy professionals and families looking for convenience without compromise. 

The reels were promoted across META platforms to maximise visibility and conversion. Each video spotlighted Pizza Hut’s takeaway offers, emphasising the value and ease of ordering directly from Pizza Hut, with the overall campaign delivering impressive results that achieved a 56% increase in website purchases and a 63% rise in purchase conversion value, all with reduced media spend.
