SalesorRentals.com is a Registered Real Estate Agency in Cyprus covering all the possible property fields associated with Property Estate and Development. Opium Works was appointed to design and develop a website with integrated booking system and sales portal.
The aim of the site is to showcase the extensive selection of Properties for Sale, including Residential, Buy to Let Holiday homes, Commercial properties and Land ideal for Industrial, Commercial and Residential Development. Using front-end developing techniques, the client is able to manage the bookings and income and expenditure of the clients’ properties.
We provided a seamless user experience with a clear and defined navigation bar. We maintained white space to emphasize the details and key visuals of each property. Banner images and striking typography were utilised to enhance the brand's identity and position it front and center. The website was built on our favourite Drupal 8 Content Management System. This gave our client full access and full ability to manage the variety of content.
