The Client 

Ergodotisi is Cyprus’s leading recruitment platform, connecting employers with thousands of job seekers through a mix of digital tools and tailored services. Their business serves both B2B clients and B2C users searching for work. To streamline their operations and amplify their marketing efforts, they partnered with us for a full HubSpot implementation across both Sales and Marketing.

The Challenge 

Ergodotisi’s commercial operations were split between a proactive call center and inbound leads from their website, with each team using different systems. This siloed setup led to inconsistent tracking, reduced pipeline visibility, and occasional lead overlap. Managing campaigns for events like “Career Days” also proved inefficient, with no quick way to build dedicated landing pages or measure campaign performance effectively. Thus, the team lacked a centralised view of customer interactions, making it difficult to deliver a smooth, coordinated experience.

The Solution 

As Platinum Partners of HubSpot, we came in and tailored a solution that brought Ergodotisi’s sales and marketing together under one roof. We introduced HubSpot CRM as the single source of truth and built custom deal pipelines using Sales Hub Professional. These pipelines gave the team full visibility into their B2B sales process, from first contact to closed deal.

We also onboarded the call center team into the same system, enabling them to log calls, track activity, and manage leads directly within HubSpot. At the same time, we connected the website’s B2B forms to the CRM, ensuring that every new inquiry reached the right salesperson instantly, complete with all relevant data.

For their marketing team, we used Marketing Hub Starter to design and launch custom landing pages for hiring events. This allowed Ergodotisi to move quickly and efficiently, capturing candidate details directly into the CRM and tracking results in real time. Our implementation was further supported by ongoing SEO, content creation, and paid advertising efforts to keep their sales funnel full and their events well-attended.

The Results

The HubSpot integration gave Ergodotisi full control and visibility over their sales pipeline while significantly boosting their marketing agility, through less manual processes. Sales operations are now fully centralized, making lead follow-up faster and more consistent. Campaigns for Career Days became easier to launch and track, resulting in a noticeable increase in candidate engagement.
