The Challenge
As Pafilia’s digital marketing efforts expanded, visibility into lead data from website forms became limited, affecting the smooth handoff between marketing and sales teams. Next, we optimized lead capture by introducing smart forms that automatically tracked every new lead with complete source visibility. We then established a secure, real-time integration between the marketing and sales CRMs — ensuring that both teams always had an accurate, up-to-date view of each lead.
To strengthen overall visibility, we implemented enhanced tracking across all digital properties, enabling Pafilia to view customer interactions and marketing performance in one place. Finally, we provided detailed documentation, team training, and ongoing system monitoring to ensure continued reliability and adoption.
The Results
