The Client 

Petrolina Electric (PEL) is a major electricity supplier in Cyprus, serving commercial and industrial clients in a rapidly evolving energy market. With plans to expand into the residential sector, PEL partnered with us to implement a scalable CRM solution that would bring structure, visibility, and strategic alignment across teams. Our work included setting up HubSpot Sales Starter, designing a custom sales process, and delivering onboarding and training.

The Challenge 

As Petrolina Electric prepared for growth, they faced a clear internal obstacle: the lack of a centralised CRM. Each team operated in isolation, creating inefficiencies and missed opportunities across the board.

  • Delivering Full Visibility to Management: Custom dashboards and reports were built to give leadership real-time insights into sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue projections, all aligned with key business goals.
  • Ensuring Seamless Team Adoption & Training: We provided personalised onboarding, connecting each team member’s inbox and calendar, setting up user roles, and delivering hands-on training to ensure confident, day-to-day usage of the new system.
