Eastpak is a globally recognised lifestyle brand known for its durable backpacks, luggage and accessories, combining functionality with contemporary design. The objective for Eastpak Cyprus was to establish a strong local eCommerce presence that reflected the brand’s international standards while effectively serving the needs of the Cyprus market. The focus was on delivering a seamless, reliable online shopping experience that aligns with Eastpak’s reputation for quality, supports omnichannel operations and enables efficient stock and order management across both digital and physical retail touchpoints.
The Project
The official Eastpak Cyprus eCommerce website was developed using WordPress and WooCommerce, delivering a fully localised online store optimised for performance, scalability and high-volume traffic.
Built with a mobile-first, responsive approach, the platform ensures a seamless shopping experience across all devices while maintaining fast load times and a clean, conversion-focused user journey. Custom WooCommerce configurations were implemented to meet Eastpak’s operational requirements, alongside an SEO-friendly structure to support long-term organic visibility and growth.
A key focus of the project was advanced stock, logistics and checkout functionality. The website features real-time stock validation during checkout to prevent overselling, supported by daily automated stock synchronisation through a Navision ERP integration. Shipping and fulfillment were enhanced with integrations for BoxNow and ACS Smartpoint locker deliveries, as well as an in-store pickup option linked directly to live stock data. Dynamic delivery and pickup options are presented at checkout based on customer location, ensuring accuracy, transparency and a frictionless purchasing experience from selection to fulfilment.
