The Client 

Pizza Hut Cyprus wanted to own the festive season with a campaign that went beyond a standard holiday offer. The objective was to create excitement throughout December, drive daily engagement, generate valuable leads and reinforce Pizza Hut’s position as the go-to brand for the holidays and not just for Christmas Day.

The Plan 

The campaign was designed as a digital-first Christmas experience that transformed the traditional advent calendar into an interactive brand moment. The activation of a dedicated advent calendar landing page aimed to keep Pizza Hut top of mind throughout December by creating a reason for users to return every day. 
Each day revealed a new opportunity to win, turning anticipation and daily participation into a core part of the experience, where one participant would win a major prize, while more than 20 additional users would receive smaller rewards. 

The campaign was also strategically planned as a lead generation tool, as participation required users to submit their email address in order to receive their prize, allowing Pizza Hut to build a valuable database while delivering a festive experience that felt meaningful rather than transactional.

The Execution

A dedicated landing page was designed and developed featuring a fully interactive digital advent calendar. Each day, users were invited to “open” a new door, revealing that day’s prize. The design and user experience were crafted to feel festive, intuitive and rewarding, encouraging repeat participation over the full 24-day period.
The prizes were carefully curated to appeal to a wide audience and maintain momentum throughout the campaign, ranging from Pizza Hut products and exclusive vouchers to rewards from well-loved partner brands, as well as high-value prizes such as 65-inch televisions. The campaign reached its peak on the final day, when one winner received the ultimate reward of two travel tickets to Athens.

To drive awareness and sustained participation, the landing page was supported by an always-on social media presence. The campaign launched with a dedicated post and a reel video that introduced the concept and set the festive tone. Throughout December, Instagram Stories were used consistently as reminders, combining playful, catchy copy with clear calls to action that encouraged users to return.
